Venture Atlanta 2024

Of the record 630 startup applications submitted, 50 were selected to visit Atlanta for a day of mentorship, networking and pitching to the Showcase investor syndicate. The day will culminate with the announcement of the top ten companies selected to pitch at Venture Atlanta on October 8th and 9th, 2024.

Catalyst is a finalist in the “Corporate Customer of the Year” category of the 6th Annual Atlanta Startup Awards 2024. This category recognizes corporations that have significantly invested in the Atlanta entrepreneurial ecosystem through programs, investments, business opportunities, and other resources. Catalyst is sponsoring and participating in Avant South, a conference produced by ACES (Atlanta Collegiate Entrepreneurial Syndicate), a joint initiative of the City of Atlanta and Atlanta colleges and universities, which aims to make Atlanta a top 5 technology and entrepreneurial ecosystem in the nation. Venture Atlanta, Goodie Nation, and Metro Atlanta Chamber are organizing the 3rd Annual Venture Crawl to take investors, founders, and startup community builders that are visiting Atlanta for the Venture Atlanta conference on a private tour of key places in Atlanta Startup community.

The new Catalyst by Wellstar innovation center will be a stop on this tour, in partnership with Engage VC and ATDC. RSVP is required.

The top 10 pre-seed and seed-stage startups will pitch to the Startup Showcase Live investor syndicate, including Catalyst. Four companies will be selected to move on to the final round for their chance to earn a $500k investment.
