As part of the Engage VC Cohort, Catalyst by Wellstar meets promising startups from the Atlanta area and beyond. Our partnership with Engage allows our team to evaluate these startups and pilot with and invest in the most promising ones—like Sounding Board. We seek startups that fit one of our six focus areas: care of tomorrow, customer experience, data & security, future of work, supply chain & mobility, and sustainability.
Focusing on the future of work, Catalyst by Wellstar collaborated with Wellstar’s robust talent development program, CareerCare, to provide coaching to empower our team members and enrich their capabilities. The collaboration was possible through a pilot with Sounding Board, a company with a vision to make leadership coaching accessible to leaders at all levels of an organization. The successful pilot was quickly expanded within Wellstar for greater impact.
